Crypto Recovers is an international crypto wallet recovery company based in Amsterdam. We have been performing technical recoveries since 2019, for clients across Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n

We have recovered access to more than 200 wallets. We built our recovery software in-house, and it tests hundreds of thousands of password combinations per second. We work across desktop, mobile, browser, and hardware wallets, including older software that most services no longer handle.<\/p>\n

We work non-custodially. We reconstruct access to the wallet; we never receive, hold, or transfer your assets.<\/p>\n

How it started<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The first case arrived in 2019. Our founder, Robbert Bink<\/a>, was a programmer running his own software company when a client came to him, locked out of a crypto wallet, and asked whether anything could be done. There was no documentation for that situation and no tool built for the job, so he spent a few days searching and testing until the wallet opened again.<\/p>\n

One locked wallet turned into a company.<\/p>\n

That company became Cryptoherstel.nl<\/a>, the leading wallet recovery company in the Netherlands. Requests from outside the Dutch market kept arriving, and in October 2023 we launched Crypto Recovers as its international daughter company. A one-man operation grew into a dedicated recovery team.<\/p>\n

Working with professionals<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We collaborate with lawyers, financial advisors, and wealth managers whose clients can no longer open their wallets: we handle the technical work, they keep the client relationship. Often it’s a wallet locked after its owner passed away, crypto that has to be divided in a divorce, or another settlement where the assets sit behind a lost password. The engagement terms are the same as for any case. Contract and NDA come first, and the client keeps control of their funds throughout.<\/p>\n

Robbert founded Crypto Recovers after completing his first successful wallet recovery in 2019. With more than 15 years of programming and IT experience, he specialises in analysing complex wallet-access problems and developing technical recovery methods.<\/p>\n

He remains directly involved in case assessments, recovery strategy and the continued development of the company\u2019s specialist software and processes.<\/p>\n
